We do not intentionally request special categories of personal data through the website. Please do not provide health information, identification documents or other sensitive personal information through the general contact form unless this is genuinely necessary for your request.

We collect personal data directly from you when you complete our contact form, join a waitlist, communicate with us, buy or access digital content or otherwise provide information to us.
We may also receive limited information from service providers involved in delivering our services.
For ticket purchases, the website uses an integrated Bilietai.lt ticketing solution. Bilietai.lt processes ticket transactions through its systems and may provide relevant information to an event organiser where necessary, for example for important event communications, customer support, refunds or event cancellation.
For digital show purchases and online viewing, we may use Gumroad. Gumroad may process information required for payment processing, tax collection, fraud prevention, compliance and digital content access under its own terms and privacy documentation.
We may also receive technical information automatically from your browser, device, server or services used on the website.
- Why we process your personal data and our legal bases
Contact enquiries
We use the information submitted through the contact form to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you and take any necessary steps relating to your request.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing communications, or, where your request concerns a potential agreement or service, processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Ticket purchases and event administration
Where personal data is necessary to facilitate ticketing, manage an event, communicate important organisational information, handle cancellations or refunds, provide customer support or resolve claims, processing may be based on the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and/or our legitimate interests in organising and administering our events.
Bilietai.lt independently processes information necessary for the purchase and payment process in accordance with its own privacy terms.
Online show purchases and access
Where you purchase access to a show recording, we may process purchase, contact and access information to provide the purchased content, manage access, provide customer support and resolve technical or payment-related enquiries.
The legal basis is primarily the performance of a contract. Certain records may also be processed to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Waitlists and marketing communications
Where you actively agree to receive email updates about upcoming events, ticket information and other Unique Ice Show news, we process your name, email address and consent record on the basis of your consent.
Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before the withdrawal.
You may withdraw your consent by using an unsubscribe option provided in a marketing email, where available, or by contacting info@unqice.com.
Website operation and security
We may process IP addresses, server logs, device information and other technical data to operate, secure, maintain and troubleshoot the website, prevent abuse and protect our systems.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional website.

We do not automatically add contact-form users or ticket purchasers to the Unique Ice Show marketing list simply because they contacted us or bought a product.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your ability to use the website, purchase tickets or access products already purchased.
- Who we may share personal data with
We may disclose personal data only where necessary and lawful, including to:

- Bilietai.lt and relevant service providers in connection with ticket distribution and event administration;
- Gumroad in connection with digital purchases, payments, access to show recordings and customer support;

- public authorities, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by law;
- other service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
- Bilietai.lt
Our Tickets page incorporates a Bilietai.lt ticketing widget. The widget enables tickets to be selected and purchased through Bilietai.lt infrastructure even though the interface is displayed within the Unique Ice Show website.
Bilietai.lt may process information such as contact details, purchased ticket information and payment-related transaction information in accordance with its own privacy documentation. In certain situations relevant ticket-holder information may be disclosed to us as the event organiser when necessary to administer the event, communicate important event information, provide customer support, handle cancellations or process refunds.
- Gumroad
We use or may use Gumroad to sell and provide access to full-show recordings and other digital content.
Gumroad may process buyer information, payments, taxes, fraud-prevention information and transaction information for its own purposes and may also process certain buyer information in connection with seller tools and content access.
Gumroad is based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable legal transfer safeguards are used as required by data protection law.
- Google Maps and external content
Our website may embed Google Maps or provide other content or functionality from third-party providers.
When third-party content is activated, the provider may receive technical data including your IP address and device or browser information and may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its own privacy terms.
Where legally required, non-essential third-party content will only be activated after the appropriate cookie consent has been provided.

- How long we keep personal data

Contact enquiries: normally for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication, unless a longer period is necessary due to an ongoing relationship, dispute or legal requirement.
Waitlist and marketing data: until you withdraw consent or until we determine that the contact is no longer reasonably relevant for the purpose for which consent was collected. We periodically review marketing records and may remove inactive contacts.
Event and ticket administration data: for as long as necessary to administer the event, deal with refunds, claims and customer support and thereafter for applicable legal limitation or statutory record-keeping periods.
Online purchase and show-access information: for as long as required to provide access and support and thereafter where required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or legal-claims purposes.
Technical and server logs: normally retained for a limited period appropriate for website administration and security, generally no longer than 90 days, unless longer retention is necessary to investigate a security incident or comply with a legal requirement.
Where another provider acts as an independent controller, that provider determines its own retention periods.

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may have the right to:
